terms and Conditions

MY DO'S AND DON'TS
I will draw:
SFW and NSFW of adult-looking charactersAnthro charactersAnimalsRobots / Mechasperspectives, backgrounds, and multiple character piecesI won't draw:
-Extreme fetishes (e.g., scat, snuff, gore, inflation, sounding, etc.).
-Any explicitly depicted minors.
I reserve the right to reject any theme I find uncomfortable, even if not listed above.PAYMENTS
I take 50% of the final price to start working on custom proposals, instant orders are 100% upfront. I'll take the remaining 50% after I've delivered the finished piece as per our agreement.
I take payments primarily through VGen, but I am willing to pivot to PayPal or Ko-Fi if provided with a valid reason.CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Please provide clear, accurate references and descriptions. Miscommunication due to vague prompts or unclear feedback is not my responsibility.I highly recommend promptly making a backup of your commission, as I cannot guarantee file storage after 30 days of delivery.REVISIONS
I will send you sketches when I can, and I won't move forward until I get feedback.
After the sketch phase, I will only make minor changes (eg, hair color, forgotten hair clip, etc).
You have 1 major revision and 3 minor revisions before I start charging additional fees.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I aim to deliver the final piece within 10 days after payment.
I will inform you if any delays occur.
However, please let me know if you have a deadline I need to meet, in which case, there will be an additional fee.PRIVACY & NDA
If you require me to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), an additional fee of $50 will be added to your total. This fee covers the limitations it places on my ability to share the commissioned work for promotional or portfolio purposes.USE
By default, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This includes displaying the artwork on personal websites, social media (with credit), avatars, and personal, non-profit projects. Using emotes on Twitch, Discord, or other platforms is considered personal use and does not require a commercial license.Commercial use (defined as any usage that generates income or promotes a business, brand, or product) requires an additional licensing fee of +100% of the original commission price. This includes but is not limited to:Prints, merchandise, or physical product salesBook covers, games, apps, or promotional materialsBranding or logosRedistribution, resale, or modification of the artwork without permission is strictly prohibited.The license granted is not transferable to third parties (e.g., selling a character with the art I made requires prior approval).I reserve the right to revoke a license in cases of breach of terms (e.g., if the art is used in hateful, illegal, or exploitative contexts).INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain full and exclusive copyright to all commissioned artwork unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
This includes, but is not limited to, the rights to reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the work for promotional, portfolio, educational, and commercial purposes (e.g., posting on social media, including in portfolios, artbooks, or streaming content).You're purchasing a license to use the artwork, not ownership of the artwork itself. Under no circumstances may you claim authorship or redistribute the work as your own.You may not train AI models or mint NFTs using commissioned artwork without explicit written consent.BEHAVIOUR & CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
I reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.I also reserve the right to cancel a commission without refund if a client is:Rude, creepy, harassing, or unreasonably demanding (e.g., trying to change the pose after final shading has started).If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, I will issue a full refund.Partial refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction once work has been completed.COMMUNICATION
